SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We have several shipping options although we always send shipments through the postal service for delivery times of 3/6 days and courier companies for delivery times of 2/3 days. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on the destination and the selected delivery time. The shipping weight for a unit is established within a unit range of 0.20/0.50 kg, but may vary depending on unit quantities.
Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our current account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.
Whenever you place an order we will inform you by email when we have shipped it. In addition, we will provide you with the shipment track number provided by the transport company.
DELIVERY TIME AND DAY
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies may make delivery throughout the agreed day before 8:00 p.m. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but is not obligated. If they do not locate you, the transport company will attempt a second agreed delivery. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the transport company's facilities.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and other shipping costs will have to be paid again for resending the merchandise.
RESPONSIBILITY IN DEADLINES AND CARRIER
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintaining transit times.
Our liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible
REGISTRATION AND YOUR ACCOUNT.
During the purchasing process we offer you the possibility of registering by creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping data, you can speed up the process for subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or enter new ones.
